Summary: Once they make a purchase, customers receive typed instructions on how to take their sourdough starter flakes and rehydrate them to make bread. Customers were skimming her instructions and not realizing the process takes five days. I created this infographic to solve a customer facing issue, and give them clear steps to follow to produce active sourdough starter. Her brand colors are black and white, and she wanted to stay with her organic, farmstead feel in this design.

Summary: Milestone Solutions LLC is branching out and creating a podcast to offer advice to parents, to help them understand their children through a pediatric OT lens. I created a presentation to give her ideas for equipment setups that can grow with her podcast for a stationary or mobile setup when interviewing guests. Microphones were a big concern, and the microphone chosen can affect the overall sound of an audio file and editing time to adjust, making it a more costly project if quality isn't considered.
