Alice Inspired Vector Art

Tools: Wacom drawing tablet and Adobe Illustrator

Summary:  This vector project is a sharper, cleaner design, that would be featured in brand logos, infographics, and most company materials that will be produced in a variety of different sized formats. It  highlights the contrast of black and white, and incorporates elements of nature, and movement, to add texture to this scene. This is more of a vector drawing style, that I relied on the pen tool to complete.

Cow Brush Art

Tools: Wacom drawing tablet and Adobe Illustrator

Summary:  For a more hand drawn, causal style, this brush method could be great for posters, infographics, and other deliverables throughout the company. This project was created almost entirely with a variety of brushes. I drew the outline of the shape, and then used three layers of different colored brush strokes to create the fur.

Palette Match Art

Tools: Adobe Illustrator

Summary: In this project, I matched the color palette from a photo of a flower and used it as the color story. This piece utilizes basic shapes, and uses adjustments, distortions, and opacity to change them into something new. If given a logo or palette in the company brand colors, I can create an entirely new object that still stays true to a company's brand identity.

KB Productions logo

Tools: Wacom drawing tablet and Adobe Illustrator

Client: KB Productions

Summary: I wanted to create a simple, clean, logo that incorporated the many services my company offers. It's important to keep logos, relatively simple, because they will be scaled to many different sizes on business cards, social media, shirts, and webpages.

Animal Science logo

Tools: Adobe Illustrator

Client: Community ISD Career and Technical Education

Summary: The Animal Science class needed a logo for their Facebook page to showcase student achievements and provide class updates. I chose a color palette that would stand out when scrolling on social media to make their page more noticeable.

The Thairapy Room logo

Tools: Wacom drawing tablet and Adobe Illustrator

Client: The Thairapy Room Salon

Summary: The Thairapy Room was ready to revamp their salon logo to update their branding. The salon has a signature cheetah print that they wanted to incorporate in the overall design.

Student Ambassador Shirt

Tools: Adobe Illustrator

Client: Community ISD Career and Technical Education

Summary: For company - wide shirts, or customer brand t-shirts, I can create original designs ready to wear. Utilizing fewer colors in the overall design saves the company money on printing costs, versus a rainbow design that would be expensive to produce. This was created using CMYK color, which is the best option for printed projects such as t-shirts.
